Charles Elie Nicollerat is a Swiss business consultant and an entrepreneur with the rich background of a lawyer, sociologist and political scientist. Of multicultural origin, he is known as a polyvalent and tireless solution provider.
A business creator even before his university studies, he reveals himself early on, by circumstance, as a crisis manager who remains calm in the storm and determined in even extreme crisis management situations. In his early career he has the privilege to work under the guidance and be inspired by masters who are part of a unique entrepreneurial elite of the country. From 1992 to 2017, he dedicates his professional life to clearing stuck managerial situations and saving lost business cases.
In 30 years of engagement for the entrepreneurial and human cause, he has repeatedly taken the place of those he defended, never hesitating to expose himself when he felt that the cause could not be abandoned. He had great successes and many victories, he also suffered lawsuits, bankruptcies and personal as well as financial reverses along his atypical path.
He believes that women and men are at the center of any system, and that humanism and social understanding are values that are compatible with commerce and business, if we are so minded.
2017 is a turning point in his career, when he feels an inner call to dedicate his work and potential to the wellness of mankind, through projects that respond to vital priorities, both for the planet and for the populations. Ayurveda reveals itself as a powerful means towards health while two health incidents set new benchmarks in his life. An accident that almost costs him his life, in 2018, precedes his active involvement in the field of traditional medicine, through Ayurveda, to invest in the field of integrative health and education. Besides his other activities, he becomes the architect of a comprehensive group of multidisciplinary entities at the service of health, through Ayurveda and plural medicine.
In 2021, after co-founding the SwissMed School, he suffers a life threatening infectious disease, from which he miraculously returns completely cured. In 2023, he resumes, in parallel and selectively, his activities as a legal advisor, a strategic consultant, and a non-profit philanthropic entrepreneur, while assuming the management of SwissMed School as the Chancellor.
